Update!
So…I’m now on week 3 of my testosterone injections!
It’s…well. It’s pretty cool to be honest. Even if there aren’t that many changes yet, I’m just happy knowing that those good ol’ hormones are finally in my blood stream in larger amounts than before.
That said, in a sense I was totally unprepared to start injections. I guess reading posts and watching videos of other trans guys documenting their progress, as well as hearing from all the doctors and such…had me under the impression that by slow changes, (not seeming much difference until around 3-6 months) I expected that I would see NO difference until then.
Oh contrar, my friends. Stuff had changed after a couple days on my first shot! I realize now that I should have started documenting from the get go. Not that it’s too late. (I’m definitely not changing THAT fast)
Since my first shot on May 8th, and second on May 22nd, I have gotten increasingly greasier. (bleh) I’m definitely going to need to change my expectations on how and when I need to clean myself because by the end of a six hour school day doing nothing but sit down, I feel pretty darn oily.
This has also produced a few angry pimples on my face, mostly around my nose, which my boyfriend Caleb (with eerie enthusiasm) likes to pops off my face. Yeah…
(TMI) Hmm….oh dear. Horny as fuck. Actually…it’s not even that I’m always horny…it’s that I find myself just casually thinking about sex like…ALL THE TIME. But I am hornier too, but It’s not like I just get hugely turned on in the middle of science class. :/
It’s still pretty early to tell how much it’s been effecting my mood yet, but I’m definitely paying attention to it.
OH. I HAVE TEENIE, TINY PEACH-FUZZIES GROWING ON MY FACE ALREADY. :D
I don’t even want facial hair, I just want enough to be able to shave because HELL YAH I WANNA SHAVE MY FACE.
Last thing I wanna say is that I’m thinking of starting to vlog my changes, but I’m not planning on putting them on youtube because I feel uncomfortable with the community there. I’m thinking of making another blog for videos and updates so that I don’t overflow this one. I’ll keep you guys posted if I end up doing that!
